    Natural dyeing, three Sundays

    Three afternoons with Sofía, working with onion skins, avocado stones and a lot of patience. Materials, coffee and something from the oven included. Bring something white you are willing to change forever.

    One long table, one shared menu, and the first coffee of the new lot poured at the end of it. We cooked what the farm box gave us that week and nobody left before midnight.
